Three Ways to Receive Your Furniture

Pick up at our Oakland showroom at 4030 International Blvd. No delivery fee. Call (510) 422-3253 to schedule.
? Bay Area Delivery: $75 flat rate
Covers Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, and surrounding Bay Area ZIP codes. Arrives within 3-5 business days.
? Continental US Shipping: $199 flat rate
Delivery typically occurs within 7-14 business days from order confirmation.
Premium White-Glove Delivery
For Bay Area customers, we offer premium white-glove delivery:
- Professional delivery to your home
- Placement in desired room
- Assembly services available
- Debris removal
White-glove is a paid add-on service. Call (510) 422-3253 for pricing and scheduling.
Service Area
International Design Furniture ships throughout the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns Policy
Return Window
International Design Furniture offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- Free from damage or wear
- Complete with all original packaging and components
- Not assembled or altered in any way
Return Shipping & Restocking
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned furniture items.
Mattresses
Important: Mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to federal health and safety regulations.
Damage Claims
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Email photos to sales@intldesignfurniture.com.
