How long does delivery take?

Bay Area: Local delivery, typically 3–7 business days. Rates vary by order size & distance — contact us for a quote, or pick up free at our Oakland showroom.

Nationwide small items: UPS/FedEx, 5–10 business days.

Nationwide large furniture: LTL freight, 7–14 business days.

Is assembly included?

Our local Bay Area delivery includes basic placement & packaging removal. Nationwide standard shipping arrives unassembled with clear instructions. Need full assembly or tight-spot placement? Ask us about white-glove delivery options.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns in original packaging, 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee for damage or defects. Mattresses cannot be returned once opened or used — come try them in our showroom first.

What warranty does the furniture come with?

All Homelegance furniture carries a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty docs arrive with your furniture.

Do you offer financing?

What does white-glove delivery include?

Inside delivery, exact room placement, full assembly & setup, removal of all packaging, and pre/post-delivery inspection. Available in Bay Area and select nationwide locations.

Can I try a mattress before buying?

Absolutely — come to our Oakland showroom and lie on any mattress on display. We carry Homelegance brands like Altair, Burnham, Vela, and Findlay. Once purchased and opened, mattresses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so we strongly recommend testing in-store first.

Do you price match?

We already run dealer-direct pricing. If you find a lower authorized-retailer price on the exact same item, email us — we'll review and do our best.

Do you handle bulk or commercial orders?
