Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. This covers inspection, repackaging, and handling.

Example: a $1,000 bed frame returned would incur a $150 restocking fee; your refund would be $850.

Mattresses

Once a mattress has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We recommend testing mattresses in our Oakland showroom before you buy — you're welcome to come in and try any model on display.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply for defects — we help you file claims.
  • Unopened mattresses in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
  • Visit the showroom to try Altair, Burnham, Vela, Findlay and more in person.
