For pieces that deserve extra care, white-glove delivery includes inside placement, full assembly, and total packaging removal.

Damage & Claims

If your furniture arrives with any damage, we make it right — always.

  1. Document damage with photos or video within 24 hours.
  2. Email sales@intldesignfurniture.com with documentation.
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no restocking fee.

Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
